Grosjean collides with local wildlife during practice

Canadian Grand Prix – Despite a successful free practice two session, Romain Grosjean was hampered by a collision with local wildlife. Grosjean finished the qualifying simulations in seventh place, at the head of the tight midfield battle ahead of both Force Indias. However, during the race simulations Grosjean damaged his front wing by hitting a marmot, which had been sat at the end of the main straight for the majority of the session. Haas have brought a series of updates to the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and have instructed their drivers to avoid contact with the barrier to ensure they don't run out of spare parts. “It’s been a pretty good day.
