FIA to review Perez's penalty from Canada
Formula One's governing body will review the stewards' decision at the Canadian Grand Prix to issue Force India driver Sergio Perez a five-place grid penalty for Sunday's race in Austria. Perez was punished after the June 8 race for allegedly causing a high-speed collision with Filipe Massa's Williams. Racing in fourth and fifth position respectively, both were eyeing a podium finish until Massa clipped Perez's left rear wheel going into the final lap. Stewards ruled Perez came off his race line. FIA says it will hold a hearing late Friday because of 'exceptional circumstances,' as Perez was taken to hospital after the Montreal race 'and unable to communicate with his team or attend the...
