Stroll keeps Turkish GP pole after being cleared of yellow-flag infringement

Racing point driver Lance Stroll has been cleared of breaking Formula 1's yellow-flag rules and will start from pole position for the Turkish Grand Prix. Stroll's maiden pole of his F1 career was in doubt after being summoned to the stewards for allegedly not respecting yellow flags at one stage during the top-10 shoot-out following a spin involving team-mate Sergio Perez. Article continues under video Stroll was told over the team radio to keep pushing as there were only single-waved yellow flags present at the time of his infraction, allowing him to go on and take pole from Red Bull's Max Verstappen, with Perez third.
