Brazil designated as third Grand Prix weekend with sprint race

The third sprint race has been announced. After Formula 1 held its first sprint race at Silverstone and the second is scheduled for the Monza race, Stefano Domenicali has now announced where the third sprint race will be held. On to Interlagos In 2021 the sprint race format will debut in Formula 1. The sport is looking for a better format for the race weekend, and the sprint race was conceived as a test for the 2021 season. It had been known for some time that this would be done three times, but Domenicali has only now been able to confirm the third race.
