Verstappen responds to Wolff: 'We are improving RB16B almost every race'

Mercedes has basically stopped developing the 2021 car, Toto Wolff indicated after the Styrian Grand Prix. According to Wolff, the reason for the gap towards Red Bull Racing is that the team of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez has continued to develop the RB16B in recent weeks.
