27-corner Jeddah circuit layout revealed
The layout for the Jeddah circuit, which will host the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix has been revealed and it features a whopping 27 corners. It was officially announced in late 2020 that a Formula 1 race would be hosted in Saudi Arabia for the first time in 2021, taking place on a street circuit in the city of Jeddah. 'We are excited to welcome Saudi Arabia to Formula 1 for the 2021 season and welcome their announcement following speculation in recent days,' said F1 CEO and chairman Chase Carey at the time.
