Tanabe says Honda crews 'very sad' to leave F1

Honda F1's technical director Toyoharu Tanabe says his entire team will be "very sad" to leave Formula 1 behind at the end of next year. The Japanese manufacturer will pull the plug on its involvement in Grand Prix racing at the end of 2021 to channel its engineering resources towards future power unit and energy technologies such as battery and fuel cell vehicles.
