Time penalty for Daniil Kvyat after last lap clash

Mexican Grand Prix – Daniil Kvyat has been given a ten second time penalty for colliding with Nico Hulkenberg on the last lap. Daniil Kvyat has been given a time penalty and demoted from the points after a last lap clash with Renault's Nico Hulkenberg. The Russian driver was in P10 and fighting Nico Hulkenberg over P9 when Kvyat tried to launch up the inside of the Renault into the final corner. However, he misjudged it and hit Hulkenberg and spun him around. Hulkenberg went backwards into the tyre barriers and lost his rear wing. Kvyat was able to continue and finished in P9, while Hulkenberg limped across the line with his broken car in P11. A stewards enquiry was quickly launched...
