Binotto on Leclerc crash in Germany: 'He'll get over it'

Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto has lamented a missed opportunity for Charles Leclerc to win points at the Germany Grand Prix after he crashed out, but has backed the Monegasque driver to “get over” the incident quickly. Leclerc already had a tough time of it in qualifying as a fuelling issue saw him eliminated from Q3 in 10th position. Things initially proved as he fought back into contention for a podium spot, but as teams started wondering which tyres to use due to the changing weather conditions, he crashed into the barrier and buried his wheels in the gravel.
