Leclerc fastest from Verstappen in final German GP practice
Ferrari completed a clean sweep of practice for the German Grand Prix as Charles Leclerc set the pace in FP3 on Saturday afternoon at Hockenheim, leading from Red Bull's Max Verstappen. After seeing Sebastian Vettel and Leclerc lead FP1 and FP2 respectively on Friday, Ferrari continued its impressive Hockenheim showing despite fears the cooler temperatures after overnight rain would play into the hands of its rivals. Leclerc managed to record a fastest lap time of 1m12.380s to finish 0.168s clear of Verstappen at the head of the timesheets, giving the Monegasque racer a boost heading into qualifying later today.
