An Indy legend lends McLaren's boy a helping hand

Fernando Alonso kicked off his Indy 500 preparations this week with a test run at the Texas Motor Speedway. Two years ago, for his maiden run at Indianapolis, Alonso was lent a helping hand by IndyCar legend Johnny Rutherford, who won twice at the Brickyard with McLaren, in 1974 and '76. This year, the Spaniard can once again count on the Texan's advice and invaluable insight.
