Kubica: I'm more like a rookie than an experienced driver

Robert Kubica is making a much-anticipated and highly impressive return to Formula One, after an eight-year absence. However, the Polish driver believes this means he is "more of a rookie driver than an experienced one". Kubica is driving for Williams in 2019, after eight years out of the sport following a rally-car crash that left him with severe hand injuries back in 2011. The Pole will drive alongisde George Russell at Williams - as the brand new drivers at the British team, aim to turn its fortunes around following a dismal 2018 season. "In Australia, I am more like a rookie driver than one who has already done five seasons," Kubica explained to Autosport....
