Sainz to drive with eye infection

Carlos Sainz Jr. still expects to drive this weekend in the Russian Grand Prix despite suffering with an eye infection. Sainz didn't take part in Friday's first practice session due to the eye infection and was replaced by Artem Markelov, who could only drive to a P15 finish in Sochi. The Spanish driver, who is moving to McLaren at the end of the season, says it is just his latest adventure in Russia.  "It's funny, I've been evacuated by helicopter and this is one more experience," Sainz joked.  "I have a simple eye infection but I feel good for this race.
