Grosjean wants qualy tyre rule change

Romain Grosjean wants a change to the qualifying rules as he feels having to start on Q2 tyres is a 'rubbish situation.' Last time out in Singapore, the drivers starting seventh to 10th on the hypersoft tyres were all forced to pit earlier than those behind them on the harder tyres. As such when they emerged from the pits they were stuck behind slower cars. This led to several incidents bordering on road rage as Sergio Perez took a swipe at Sergey Sirotkin and Grosjean was hit with a penalty as he was so engrossed in his own battle with Sirotkin that he held up the race leaders.
