Verstappen felt pole was possible in the rain

Max Verstappen will line up in fourth for tomorrow's German Grand Prix but he felt that pole could have been possible if the German weather had not improved from practice three. Speaking to Ziggo after qualifying, The Dutchman said he felt he had the car and set-up to put the lap in that would have earned him pole position against the likes of Sebastian Vettel and Valtteri Bottas. “The car is performing well," he said. “Till now we are lucky with how much we are losing on the straight, only three or four tenths.
