Grosjean still bitter about penalty in France

Haas F1's Romain Grosjean has indicated that the five-second penalty that he got handed in France last weekend still bothers him, as the Frenchman thinks he did nothing wrong.  Grosjean got hit with the penalty because he had made contact with his fellow countryman Esteban Ocon at the very start of the race at Paul Ricard. It took quite a long time for the stewards to complete the investigation, but Grosjean eventually got penalized for his driving, much to his disagreement. "Tell me what I did wrong?
