Magnussen: "Have to eliminate those bad weekends"

Haas F1's Kevin Magnussen has acknowledged that his team needs to find some more consistently if they want to catch up with Renault in the standings, as the American outfit has been very up and down this season.  Haas looked a different team this season, as both Magnussen and Romain Grosjean found great pace in the first Grand Prix in Australia, fighting with the Red Bulls in qualifying. But those great weekends are compensated by weekends like the one in Monaco. Magnussen and Grosjean started at the very back of the field then as they were the slowest in qualifying (even slower than the Williams cars!).
