RESULTS: Spain post-race test day one

Red Bull's Max Verstappen topped the timesheets on day one of the post-Spanish Grand Prix test. The Dutchman set a 1:17.528 to finish ahead of Carlos Sainz in the Renault and Sebastian Vettel in third. The gap at the top was close, just 0.034s was the gap between first and second, although fuel loads and setups remain unknown, it was a positive day for Renault. Race winner Lewis Hamilton finished just sixth in the order with a 1:18.543, a time that was over two seconds down on his pole position time, however the Silver Arrows man did log the most laps, 151 his final total.
