Teams to meet FIA to discuss moving Chinese GP to Saturday

Formula 1 teams will be meeting with the FIA later today to discuss the option of moving the Chinese Grand Prix to Saturday. There was limited running on Friday due to poor weather conditions grounding the circuits’ medical helicopter.  As it couldn’t reach the FIA’s designated hospital, the second session was cancelled completely.
