Kari retains Red Bull junior team position

– Finnish youngster Niko Kari will remain part of Red Bull's young driver scheme into 2017.Kari, 17, joined the programme at the start of 2016 and finished 10th in his rookie campaign in European Formula 3, and also received a GP3 outing at Spa-Francorchamps."I have to say a big thanks to everyone who has been supporting me in the past," he stated."I'm really looking forward to the next season!"Red Bull's other youngsters are GP2 title contender Pierre Gasly, Formula 3 racer Sergio Sette Câmara, as well as Luis Leeds (MSA Formula) and Richard Verschoor (Formula 4).Kari is poised to make a full-time move into GP3 next season.
