Massa, Magnussen both handed reprimands

– Williams' Felipe Massa and Renault's Kevin Magnussen have been handed reprimands for exceeding the time between Safety Car lines during qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix.The separate incidents occurred at the end of Q1 for Magnussen and during Q2 for Massa, with each driver eliminated at the end of the respective sessions.Stewards deemed that as no rivals were impeded, a reprimand was deemed a suitable sanction.For both drivers it is their first reprimand of the current campaign.
