Hamilton happy with positive start to weekend

Malaysian Grand Prix – Lewis Hamilton is happy with his positive start to the Sepang race weekend. The Briton trailed his team mate in FP1 without a soft tyre run, but in FP2 was quicker on the hard tyre than Nico Rosberg was on the mediums. Hamilton was two tenths quicker at the end of the qualifying simulations on the soft tyre. “That was a good day today,” Hamilton said, “No issues to report and we got through our run plans in both sessions. “There's a lot of data to analyse tonight to make sure we have a good understanding of the tyres and of our position relative to the others.
