Verstappen says Red Bull "very strong" on long runs
Max Verstappen is upbeat about Red Bull's form ahead of the Malaysian Grand Prix as he reckons the team has "very strong" pace over long runs. Although the Dutchman, the quicker of the two Red Bull drivers, finished over a second off the pace in second practice, he was very happy with the handling of his car with a heavier fuel load. Verstappen admitted, however, that Red Bull needs to find more pace over short runs, especially with the soft tyre. "Both sessions were not too bad," said Verstappen.
