Hamilton surprised at podium from back row

– Lewis Hamilton says third position at the Belgian Grand Prix exceeded his expectations as he moved forwards from 21st place on the grid.Hamilton started from the back row after an array of engine penalties but moved up to 12th place early on, and made further progress when the Safety Car was deployed for Kevin Magnussen's accident.Hamilton, who had started on the Medium tyres, stayed out and moved up to fifth position as rivals pitted, before the race was red-flagged in order for barrier repairs to be undertaken.Hamilton was able to change tyres during the stoppage and moved past Fernando Alonso, before overtaking Nico Hülkenberg for third position.A further stop demoted Hamilton...
