Vettel admits to car struggles after tricky Friday

Belgian Grand Prix – A downbeat Sebastian Vettel says that tyre issues counted for a lot of his relative lack of pace on Friday, but said that the car is not yet where he wants it to be.  Ferrari had a solid Friday, with Kimi Raikkonen finishing P3 in the opening session. However, he slipped to P7 in FP2, and said afterwards that he hadn't been able to put a good lap together in the afternoon. On the other side of the garage, Sebastian Vettel finished P5 in the opening session, rising to P4 in the afternoon.
