Magnussen optimistic of new Renault deal

– Kevin Magnussen says he is optimistic that he will remain with Renault in 2017, as it bids to move up the Formula 1 grid, though admits nothing has been agreed.Magnussen's Formula 1 debut came with McLaren in 2014 but he dropped back to a reserve role for 2015, prior to leaving towards the end of the year.Magnussen found refuge at Renault after Pastor Maldonado's funding fell through in February and took the returning manufacturer's sole points finish so far in Russia, where he placed seventh."I've clearly made it obvious that I want to stay and I consider myself part of the team and part of the future," said Magnussen."I haven't seen any signs that I'm not [part of...
