Sainz, Magnussen get pre-race penalties

Carlos Sainz and Kevin Magnussen have been penalised ahead of the the European Grand Prix following gearbox changes. Both the Toro Rosso and the Renault drivers replaced their gearboxes after yesterday's qualifying, meaning they will lose five places on the grid as a result. Sainz had qualified in 13th position, while Magnussen had finished in 21st, only ahead of teammate Jolyon Palmer. Magnussen, however, will take the start from the pitlane after his team decided to make set-up changes to his car's suspension.
