Barcelona FP3: Rosberg in control with Ferrari close

Nico Rosberg topped the timing sheets head of Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton at the end of the third free practice session of the Spanish Grand Prix weekend with Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel close behind. Rosberg's best time of 1:23.078 was 0.126 of a second faster than Hamilton, with Vettel a mere two hundredths adrift of the world  champion, setting the scene for a close battle for pole position.' Max Verstappen was fourth in another starring performance on his debut for Red Bull, heading team-mate Daniel Ricciardo, with Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen sixth after being held up on his fastest lap.
