Rosberg apologises for frustrating day

Australian Grand Prix – Nico Rosberg admitted full responsibility for the barrier collision which ended his free practice two session early. The Mercedes driver was one of the first drivers to venture out of the pits onto a wet Albert Park circuit during FP2, but a loss of car control on the exit of turn seven resulted in a collision with the outside wall. The Mercedes W07 primarily suffered a damaged front wing, which fell beneath the car, and Rosberg was instructed to pull off the circuit as a safety precaution.
