Racing back to the future

Renault is expected to reveal its definite race livery for the 2016 season on Wednesday in Melbourne. According to a spy shot leaked online, the French manufacturer is about to go retro with the R.S.16 sporting a predominantly yellow livery with some additional black and white. The last time a similar colour scheme was seen on a Renault F1 car was at the 1985 Australian Grand Prix. Fittingly, that was the first F1 race organised Down Under but also the final grand prix of Renault in its initial spell as a constructor.
