Horner: F1 missing an opportunity with 2017 rules

F1 Latest News: Red Bull team principal Christian Horner believes Formula One is missing a chance to write up regulations for 2017 which he feels would ‘sort the men from the boys'. Horner has been keen from the start for the sport to build on the initially planned developments that would have seen cars setting laptimes up to six seconds quicker next year, but eventually found himself as the sole supporter. After a meeting of the World Motor Sport Council in Geneva last Friday, the plans to be implemented by April 30th will increase performance by approximately four seconds per lap, depending on the circuit.
