Felipe Massa: “It wasn’t the best race”

Felipe Massa admitted his Williams Martini Racing team can be proud of their performance during the Mexican Grand Prix, but was not so happy with his own performance as he was forced to settle for sixth. The Brazilian driver revealed he struggled with rear tyre grip during the second stint of the race, which saw him fall to sixth, and felt he did not have the pace to make a challenge on the two Infiniti Red Bull Racing drivers ahead of him after the safety car intervention. “It was a very positive race for the team, to have a good fight with Red Bull and come out with a podium is encouraging on a track that suits them better than it does us,” said Massa. “From my perspective it...
