Sainz ready for action after bruising Sochi weekend

 XPB Images Carlos Sainz insists he is fit and ready for action at this weekend's United States Grand Prix, despite the bruising he took at Sochi Autodrom two week ago. Sains was airlifted to hospital after a dramatic crash in the final practice session on Saturday. Miraculously, he was not only completely unhurt but even able to take part in the following day's race - although that ended when he suffered brake failure and twice spun off the track. Sainz admitted to experiencing some dizziness during the early laps of the race, but says that has had no lingering after effects since.
