2016 Sporting Regulations only allow for 20 race calendar

The FIA Sporting Regulations 2016 have been published, with one of the regulations completely at odds with the current calendar for next year. The 2016 Sporting & Technical Regulations for 2016 have been published by the FIA, and have included an article that is currently impossible to be adhered to with the current calendar. A provisional calendar for 2016 includes 21 events, with the re-instatement of the German Grand Prix & a new race in Baku, Azerbaijan.  However, the updated Sporting Regulations state: FIA Sporting Regulations 2016 The following Article, 5.5, also states that a final calendar for the 2016 season must be published by the FIA by January 1, 2016.
