Vettel plays down Singapore repeat in Russia
Sebastian Vettel says he doesn't expect to see a repeat of his success from the Singapore Grand Prix in Russia despite a more aggressive tyre allocation for the Sochi race. Having been far too conservative with its tyre choices for the inaugural Russian Grand Prix in 2014, Pirelli will offer supersoft and soft rubber for this year's Sochi Autodrom race. Bringing it into line with the allocation offered at the Singapore Grand Prix – where Vettel dominated for Ferrari -, the four-time champion doesn't believe the tyres alone will be enough for him produce a similar challenge towards Mercedes in Russia. “I think it will be quite different,” he said. “Obviously it is a completely...
