Rosberg fastest in final practice for Japanese GP
Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg had the fastest lap in the final practice session for the Japanese Grand Prix on Saturday, edging teammate Lewis Hamilton. Rosberg clocked 1 minute, 33.995 seconds, three-tenths of a second faster than world champion Hamilton. Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo was third. Rain hit both practice sessions on Friday but conditions were dry at the Suzuka circuit on Saturday. Williams' Valtteri Bottas was fourth followed by teammate Felipe Massa. Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen was sixth, ahead of Toro Rosso's Max Verstappen. Raikonnen's teammate Sebastian Vettel was eighth.
