Vettel hints cooler conditions cost Ferrari laptime

Sebastian Vettel says that he didn't feel he got the most of his car during qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix, after feeling a lack of grip in the cooler conditions.FP3 pace-setter Vettel couldn't challenge the laptimes of the two Mercedes cars that eventually qualified in front of him, falling 0.8 seconds slower than pole position Lewis Hamilton. With Ferrari expected to shine in hotter conditions, Monaco hasn't been kind to them so far this weekend with all track action taking place under grey skies and cloud cover bringing down track temperatures.
