Talking Tyres: Pirelli previews the Bahrain GP

+ Today's Bahrain Grand Prix is poised to be dictated by tyre management and tyre wear as Mercedes and Ferrari lock horns at the front of the field once again. Pirelli has brought the medium and soft compound P-Zero tires to Bahrain, the same as was used in Australia and China. Bahrain is unique in many ways. Specifically, Pirelli  has indicated that this circuit has the highest degree of asphalt roughness which seriously accelerates tyre thermal degradation. The expected difference between compounds is expected to be 1.5 -1.7 seconds per lap.
