Raikkonen leads Bahrain Ferrari 1-2 – FP1 Report
The first practice session for Sunday's Bahrain GP saw Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen top the times. The Finn was 0.2 seconds faster than team-mate Sebastian Vettel, with Williams' Valtteri Bottas taking third spot. The session took place in largely unrepresentative conditions, with the track temperature up in the high 40s and early 50s due to the afternoon sun. With qualifying and the race taking place later in the evening, that means FP1 isn't so much about fine tuning setups, but more just getting to grips with the track again and ensuring that everything with the cars is as it should be.
