Fernandes blames Caterham F1 buyer

– Tony Fernandes says the Caterham F1 team's buyer is fully responsible for the ongoing problems at Leafield, claiming that it failed to meet the required conditions for him to transfer his shares in the outfit.Following repeated claims from new owner Engavest, Fernandes released a statement of his own on Thursday, in which he claims the firm was required to pay "existing and future" creditors for the shareholding to change.The Malaysian businessman says this has not happened, which is the reason for him retaining ownership."In June 2014, I decided, together with my co-shareholders, to sell my stake in the Caterham F1 team," said Fernandes."We agreed in good...
