Singapore stats - Hamilton wraps up another hat-trick
Lewis Hamilton has enjoyed his fair share of bad luck this season, but in Singapore it was the turn of his Mercedes team mate Nico Rosberg to be struck by misfortune.As the German was forced into his second mechanical retirement of the season, Hamilton swept to his seventh victory of the year from pole position, setting the fastest lap into the bargain to complete his second hat-trick in a row. The Briton now has three hat-tricks this season and five overall - the same number as Fernando Alonso. Michael Schumacher holds the all-time record with 22.
