Both Lotus drivers beset by power problems during qualifying

+ Romain Grosjean says he could have qualified as high as 13th for Sunday’s Singapore Grand Prix, if not for a power issue in Q2. Lotus looked to have made a step forward on Friday night when Grosjean was 12th fastest, ahead of both the Saubers and the two Williams cars. However, a power delivery problem in the second part of qualifying means the Frenchman will start Sunday’s race from 16th on the grid. “We could have gotten up to P13 in qualifying today,” Grojsean said. “The car was looking good and the team has been working very hard all weekend. “I’m happy as I can be with the E22 so it’s frustrating to have had an issue on the power side, which cost me a lot of time.”...
