Button: F1 future uncertainty unusual

Jenson Button admits the uncertainty around his and team-mate Kevin Magnussen's futures is “an unusual situation”. Both drivers are yet to be signed to contracts beyond the end of this season at McLaren, with Button coming to the end of his fifth season with the team and Magnussen in his debut year. With no developments over the August break, Button said he still isn't overly concerned by the lack of talks but concedes it is not a position he is used to being in. “I don't feel uncomfortable,” Button said. “It's an unusual situation, yes, but sometimes it's that way.
