Toro Rosso's half-term report - by team principal Franz Tost
This time last year Toro Rosso had scored 24 points. This seasons tally is just 15. While Jean-Eric Vergne and rookie sensation Daniil Kvyat have regularly qualified the STR9 inside the top ten, less impressive race pace and poor reliability have limited their results. Team principal Franz Tost discusses the highs and the lows of 2014 to date, plus the drivers, the team, and what they all need to do to move up the grid in the second half of the season
