Ricciardo: Nothing to lose in appeal

Daniel Ricciardo believes he has nothing personally to lose when Red Bull's appeal against his exclusion from the Australian Grand Prix is heard on Monday.Having finished second in the race, Ricciardo was excluded by the stewards for constantly exceeding the fuel flow limit. However, Red Bull claimed the fuel flow sensor was faulty and ignored a technical directive from the FIA over what to do in such a situation as the team believes it can prove Ricciardo was always within the fuel flow limits.Ricciardo confirmed to Crash.net that he will not be in Paris for the hearing on Monday – instead opting to focus on the Chinese Grand Prix – and says he already came to terms with the...
