Van der Garde and Sirotkin get Bahrain test nod
Sauber F1 Team
Sauber test drivers Giedo van der Garde and Sergey Sirotkin will drive the C33 during the post-race test in Bahrain.
Van der Garde raced for Caterham in 2013 but switched to Sauber for this year to become the team's official reserve driver.
The Dutch driver will test for the team next Wednesday.
Van der Garde will also replace Esteban Gutierrez for the first practice session in Bahrain on Friday.
Sirotkin will test the Sauber C33 on the first day of the test next Tuesday in order to fulfill the requirements for the FIA super license.
Sirotkin is racing in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series this year, which begins at Monza on the weekend following the Bahrain Grand Prix.
