Rush wins Best Editing award at BAFTAs

Ron Howard's Rush claimed a BAFTA on Sunday night for best film editing at a star-studded event in London. The movie depicts the fierce battle between Ferrari's Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl) and McLaren's James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) for the 1976 Formula 1 world championship. Having been at loggerheads with Hunt, Lauda suffered serious injuries in an accident at the German Grand Prix and nearly lost his life. Remarkably, he returned to racing just six weeks later, with the events being retold in Rush. Dan Hanley and Mike Hill won the award, beating 12 Years A Slave, Captain Phillips, Gravity and The Wolf of Wall Street. However, it missed out in the other three awards that it was nominated...
