Brazilian Grand Prix: Sebastian Vettel on pole after rain-hit qualifying
Sao Paulo: World champion Sebastian Vettel will start on pole for Sunday's season-closing Brazilian Grand Prix after the Red Bull driver was quickest in Saturday's rain-hit qualifying.This was the four-time world champion's ninth pole position of the season and the 45th of his career. For Red Bull it was their eighth successive pole.The German is joined on the front row by Mercedes' Nico Rosberg, second quickest in qualifying with the third session delayed due to wet weather at Interlagos.Ferrari's Fernando Alonso took third with Vettel's teammate Mark Webber in fourth for his final race ahead of his switch to touring cars next year.
