Hamilton: Magnussen will be mega

Former McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton is certain that Kevin Magnussen will be able to live up to expectations when he moves up to a race seat with the team next season. Magnussen, 21, is only the third rookie driver that McLaren has gambled on during its Formula 1 history, but Hamilton has every faith that the reigning Formula Renault 3.5 Champion is prepared and talented enough to make the step up to the top echelon. "He's not filling Jenson's boots, or my boots, so in that sense he has plenty of time to prepare, with lots of time in the simulator," explained Hamilton. "He seems like a very intelligent lad. He's always pleasant when I see him, and he's obviously very quick....
