Alonso congratulates 'dominant' Vettel

Fernando Alonso was quick to congratulate Sebastian Vettel after the latter picked up his fourth successive world title at the Indian Grand Prix, describing the German and his Red Bull team as a "dominant" force throughout the 2013 Formula 1 season. The Ferrari driver struggled to an 11th-place finish at the Buddh International Circuit after opening lap contact with Mark Webber, and was therefore unable to secure the points required to keep the title fight alive at next weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
